Because of my knowledge of psychoacoustics, I focused all my attention on them. Within a few days of being there, I entered a Buddhist monastery in the Paro valley. Interested in bowl meditation and its use to achieve altered states of consciousness. It really is extraordinary how singing bowls have the ability to stop self-talk, suspend the intellect, and activate the ability to feel to allow us to heal. I combined my time between monastic life and master craftsmen to learn first-hand about the qualities of bowls. I focused so much on studying these magical instruments that I felt that through meditation, something new was blossoming in me.
