This 50-minute pilates class is a perfect rest and recovery session to add in as part of your weekly workout routine, especially if you're very active during the week, or perform running or biking activities regularly. Or add it in whenever your muscles are tight and constricting movement. It's critical to add in a stretching routine regularly to decrease your chances of getting injuries.
