On the way, I reached Taranga Hills, home to one of the most serene Jain temples I’ve ever seen. Quiet, powerful, and surrounded by raw nature. After that, everything changed. As I moved toward Dantiwada, the landscape slowly transformed. The green tones faded, the land turned sandy, and suddenly the mountains looked more like Jaisalmer than Gujarat. The people I met on the way made it even more special — strangers who felt familiar, conversations that stayed with me, and moments that reminded me why I travel slow. This isn’t just a route.
