[MKW] New CTGP Strats

Almost every clip in this video is a strat that I have found that saves a decent bit of time over either shroomless or shroom lines. Most smaller timesaves (~.1 or so) that I know of that could be useful for time trials were not included, because most of them look pretty lame. Most strats that involve using an mt either for a hop or for a trick as well as most strats that involve getting height + distance on a ramp are probably easier on mach, but almost every strat in the video can be performed consistently on flame with practise and understanding of the mechanics involved.
