Failure to render the bombs scrap before they detonate will result in some serious damage. Spiral Pegasus spends most of his time in the air or dashing back and forth. He will also dive in several directions at X from off-screen. In fact, the Skivers fighting style is quite similar to Tengu Man or Storm Eagle. Therefore, this encounter is all about timing. You'll want to get a feel for the timing between dives and dashes so that he becomes somewhat predictable.
