Everything is done digitally. We plan those surgeries virtually. And the good thing about doing them guided is that we already know where exactly that implant will be placed. We also know where exactly the crown or the denture or that full arch rehabilitation will be. It is, first of all, more accurate. It's minimally invasive. It's less painful for the patient, and the outcome is much better. So, I think that's really the major advantage for this. The difference between a guided surgery and a freehand surgery is that with the freehand, even though doctors that have more experience, they're pretty good at that but the drawback is that they don't know exactly where the bone is. A drawback about that too is that since you have to do a freehanded surgery, you have to open the wound even more. The healing takes much longer and the recovery is much longer and the patients usually have more discomfort as well. With the guided surgery, we place that implant in that exact position that we want. And after doing these over and over again, it's just amazing the difference that we see now with patients. The way we do our dental implant surgeries is that patients come in for the pre-op implant appointment and we check their medical health history. We make sure they don't have any diabetes. We'll check all the medical concerns that they have. And then what we do is we do a CT scan of the mouth, and we also do an intraoral scan. That intraoral scan is fused together by our lab technicians. And then, we do a virtual design where we're going to plan where we're going to place that implant. Once that is done, our dental lab will fabricate the surgical guide and we have a 3D printer. And that is printed in a special resin. On the day of the surgery, we place that in the patient's mouth and that's exactly where we will place that implant. So, it's very, very easy for us. The procedure takes less time because we don't have to guess. We don't have to open anything.
