In this role he serves as a catalyst for the creation, attraction and growth of startup companies both in the Power Plant Business Incubator and throughout Marion County. Ryan graduated with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship from Virginia Tech. In the last five years, he’s helped 597 entrepreneurs in three states start or grow their businesses.
