Thanks again to Constance for sending us some more samples. We wanted to compare Vin Santo wines from Italy and Santorini (Greece). I also picked up a dry white wine from Santorini to add to the show as well. Our friend Grant joins us again to help with some information about the island and with our pronunciation. The Greek Vin Santo was excellent!!! In this show, we taste the 2007 Spyros Hatziyiannis Assyrtiko, the 2000 Vinsanto from Hatzidakis, and the 2000 Vin Santo from Castello Di Brolio.
