This isn't any earth-shattering tool that Game Maker Studio offers, but it can save you a bit of typing here and there. Note that these can only be used to access or store values in maps, lists and grids. You can't do things like multiply ranges of a grid with accessors; you need to write out the full lines of code for that. I mentioned the possibility that they'd include similar features for queues, stacks and priority queues in future versions of Game Maker. Given that those aren't random access data structures, they'd have to be at least a little bit different in how they work, but I can imagine a statement like queue_name[%] or stack_name[#] being used to dequeue a value from a queue or pop a value from a stack, respectively.
