Paul Phakaphol and his partners are passionate about the food. Using excellent quality ingredients. Cooking with olive oil, no MSG. They let me sample new dishes & are open to honest feedback. Friendly, welcoming staff A/C 20 seats inside & more on patio. Fried Vegan Chicken & Basil Leaf Sauce 125b = Excellent flavors. Grilled Vegan Chicken Salad & Sunflower Sprouts 220b = Fantastic dressing. Very tasty vegan chicken. Yes Vegan Beyond Burger & fries 220 baht = Impressive. Not the Beyond Burger patties from the USA. (Yes Vegan might change the name.) The firm, delicious, patties are made in house. Topped with tomatoes, lettuce, fried onions & vegan cheese. Typically served on a white flour bun but on request served it on whole grain bread. Fries and a fantastic tasting dipping sauce for them or the burger. Spirulina Healthy Drink 145 baht = Made with lots of frozen from fresh Thai grown spirulina, lime & guava. Medium sized glass. Very refreshing! Vegan Chicken Masala 185b = fantastic flavor but too spicy for me, big portion Stir Fried Vegan Duck & Japanese Bunching Onion 145b = fantastic taste! Vegan Fish Sweet & Sour 145b = 49 years since I have eaten fish so I do not know if this tastes like real fish but it tastes wonderful. Sweet & sour sauce is excellent with a spicy kick. They even put a seaweed “skin” on the fish. Vegan Katsudon 145b = wonderful Japanese dish with vegan pork on brown rice, topped with a vegan egg/tofu blend that is the consistency of melted cheese, great combination of flavors! Vegan Chicken Coconut Soup 125b = Wow! Very delicious. Spicy Stir Fried Broccoli & Vegan Shrimp 125b = Nice sauce that has some sweetness to it. BBQ Vegan 125b = Veggies and Vegan Chicken with a very tasty BBQ sauce. Steamed Vegan Duck & Brown Rice 125b = Wonderful taste! Sauce has a bit of peppery heat to it. Mixed with kale. Tomato Soup 90b = Fantastic! Best tomato soup I have ever tasted to date!! Thick, fresh tomatoes, onion, basil in a good sized bowl. Vegan Coconut Ice Cream 89b = 2 scoops – very yummy Fresh Juice of Beetroot, Apple & Lemon = excellent combination Mango Vegan Ice Cream Sundae 89b = Yummy! Strawberry Vegan Ice Cream Sundae 89b = Delicious ice cream with dried fruits bits and cashews. Baked Spinach & Vegan Cheese 145b = Delicious!! Vegan cheese made in the restaurant. Veggie Burger 125b = Very tasty, nice combination of flavors, moist paddy & lettuce, onion, tomato, mushrooms with a sauce. Will serve it on whole grain bread rather than the white flour vegan bun. Sautéed Red Beans & Job’s Tears 145b = Fantastic flavor!! Vegan Brownie with Vegan Coconut Ice Cream 89b = Flavorful moist brownie with yummy ice cream and coconut flakes. Vegan Pork & Peanut Sauce 125b = Excellent – Nice dipping sauces. A bit of a spicy kick without being overpowering. Miso Soup with Mushroom 145b = Large serving in heated pot, loaded with mushrooms & veggies. Deep Fried Vegan Chicken Nuggets & Tomato Sauce = very yummy made with snow mushrooms. Vegan Pork Cordon Bleu 155b = What a treat. Great textures, crispy coating with a sort of vegan bologna inside. Very tasty dipping sauce. Fried Vegan Chicken & Mushroom Sauce 145b = Wow!!
