Review pending tasks in "Manage Pending" to see if anything has already been created. 2. Check to see if any name creation attempts are currently in progress. 3. Review any existing event reasons and make sure they are properly selected. 4. Scroll down to check if there is a draft to build upon. 5. Collect any relevant names for any drafts created. 6. Recall any previously created position which was saved as a draft to avoid creating from scratch. 7. Check if any past recording sessions were recorded and saved, and mute them if necessary to check their content. 8. Create a new FO MDF or HR object after the last recording session closed topic was completed. 9. Continue with previous year's data model to complete the creation process. 10. Go into the Manage Job Page Structure and review the fields required for creating foundation objects and records, to create new employee objects from there.
