Shred the card into small pieces Bring the milk to a simmer add in the Cod and Potatoes and Simmer on low - until the potatoes are tender Sauté the sliced onions until golden in olive oil. When the onions reach a golden color add in the chopped garlic and cook for additional five minutes. Drain the excess milk from the cod and potatoes. At this point taste the potatoes to see if there is enough salt in the dish if not add salt at this time. Mix in the cooked onions. Slice the eggs in circles, reserve the nice pieces for garnish on top of the casserole and chop up all the end pieces of eggs to mix into the casserole Put the potatoes, cod, chopped eggs, half of the olives, parsley and onions in a casserole dish.
