Kaleido M1 Roaster - Initial Testing

I recently received the Kaleido M1 coffee roaster from Espresso Outlet. I previously used a Gene Cafe, but wanted to try a roaster with profiling. Out of the box, the Kaleido M1 comes with an included HMI touch screen interface that is fairly easy to use. I will be doing a more in depth full review of this roaster as I use it more, but lets take a look at some of the basic features as well as one of my best roasts to date (better than Gene Cafe that I have used for years) I will note, there are 3 styles of M1. One without profiling controls, the one I received with the included Kaleido touch screen. There is a third that allows the touch screen or a laptop using Artisan software.
