Recreate Predator / Thermal vision in After Effects

I've been using the rotobrush tool quite a lot recently in other projects after I realised just how good it has become. Which made me realise I'd better make a tutorial to demonstrate how to use it to help recreate a classic and iconic look. The original Predator movie (released in 1987) used an Inframetrics thermal video scanner to record accurate thermal imaging.
