This video is about how to make the LED PCB yourself. To earn more profit in LED business, you need to have your own product made in house to save cost. Below are the things required to make the LED PCB at home or at your manufacturing plant. 1. Bare MCPCB (Metal Core Printed circuit board) or plain MCPCB 2. Solder Paste – any make: Sn63/pb37 (i.e. Tin / Lead in ration of 63:37 also you can use same 60:40 ratio) 3. LED chips: any make, but size should be as per the MCPCB design. I have used 2835 size which is same of the PCB. 4. HOT plate temperature range should be 350c. will share you the link, which I have used. 5.
