Hey SimFans, you voted and the results are in. For this month’s first Saturday community fly in, the long haul option won! For the long haul we will be flying the PMDG 777-300ER in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 on a journey from Honolulu (PHNL) to Denver (KDEN). This is one of our community fly in events, which means many of us will be flying the same route together while hanging out in Discord voice during the flight. If you would like to be part of the experience, feel free to join the Discord and hop into the voice channel so you can be part of the show! During cruise we will also be watching movies together, which has become a fun tradition on these longer flights. It is always a great time to relax, chat with the community, and enjoy the journey while the 777 carries us across the Pacific and into the United States. For hardware, we will be flying with the Thrustmaster TCA Boeing Yoke along with the Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant equipped with the ‪@prodesksim6956‬ ProDeskSim 777 addon levers. We will also be using the ‪@WINCTRL‬ FCU, EFIS units for both the left and right sides, and the PFP7 FMC. Whether you are flying along in the simulator, joining us in Discord voice, or just relaxing and watching the stream, grab a drink, settle in, and enjoy the long haul with the community.
