Craving something creamy, cheesy, and super comforting? 🍝 Today I’m making Dil Khol Ke Creamy Cheesy Penne Pasta – quick, easy, and full of flavor! This garlic tomato cream pasta is perfect for busy days when you want something delicious without spending hours in the kitchen. It’s vegetarian, simple, and made with basic ingredients you probably already have at home. ✨ Creamy ✨ Garlicky ✨ Cheesy ✨ Ready in just 15 minutes Ingredients (Serves 2) 200g pasta (penne or fusilli) 1 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic (chopped) 1 small red onion (finely chopped) ½ red capsicum (diced) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried oregano 1 cup basil tomato sauce (sugo style) 2–3 tbsp cream (heavy cream) 1 slice cheddar cheese Salt to taste Black pepper (optional) Instructions Boil the pasta Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Sauté the aromatics Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add red onion and red capsicum. Cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly soft. Add seasoning Stir in garlic powder and oregano. Cook for another 30 seconds. Make the sauce Pour in the basil tomato sauce and mix well. Add a splash of cream and stir until combined. Add cheese Tear the cheddar slice into pieces and mix into the sauce until melted and creamy. Combine Add the boiled pasta and toss everything together until well coated. Serve hot Optional: sprinkle extra oregano or black pepper on top.
