I'm back with a crazy awesome progressive metal jam! I've been seeing this song on my request sheet for a little while and I've been staring it down like an opponent on the other side of a wrestling ring. I knew going into this arrangement that it was going to be extremely challenging due to the beautifully dynamic orchestration of the original piece. Also the heavy featuring of some beautiful acoustic guitars. I couldn't resist taking this theme on and seeing what I could do with it! I decided to remain faithful to the original and keep that awesome progressive rock vibe by weaving in and out of distorted rhythm guitars with some very chill acoustic parts. It was a really fun challenge to add my own twist to this fundamental dynamic to the original piece. I ended up sneaking in some more distorted rhythms in parts where there were originally just acoustic, just to Toxify it a bit. :) The leads, I went above and beyond but in a more progressive, musical way. I knew going into this that it wasn't going to exactly be a Shovelknight-sounding shredfest, but instead, a layered and dynamic trading of melodies that provides a really cool and dense atmosphere. I hope you guys enjoy this arrangement as much as I enjoyed making it! I spent a ton of time on this one in particular trying to get it as good as I can possibly make it and conquering the challenge of this awesome progressive theme! ➤ Thank you to Ultimatefighter343 for the game footage! ➤ Gear used in this cover: ESP Guitars Hughes and Kettner amplifiers Fishman Fluence Modern Pickups Swiss Picks Monster Cables Ernie Ball Strings BIAS Desktop Amp Simulator Plugin Toontrack Superior Drummer 2.0
