Seeing the same blue differently Dr. Bahar is a sports medicine physician and football medicine researcher with over 12 years of experience in hospitals, emergency departments, and professional sports across more than 10 countries. She is completing a PhD in risk management in professional football and pursuing an MBA in healthcare. She was the top graduate of the Asian Football Confederation’s “Empowering Women in Football” program. In her TED Talk, Bahar explores how people can share the same words yet understand different meanings. Through powerful clinical stories, she shows how lived experience shapes perception and why recognizing these “shades” of understanding is essential for better communication and leadership.
