And fitted with truck-style air brakes, the Fastrac is capable of reaching 40 mph on the road, making your trip from point A to point B much less time consuming. Newly styled hood folds up to the cab for clear access to daily check and service points. Air charged cooling pack folds up and out for more effective cleaning and maintenance. An engine diagnostics system enables the operator or dealer to instantly identify any problem, minimizing downtime. JCB V-Tronic transmission allows the operator to select exactly the right speed for every job on the farm. Programmable joystick allows the operator to group all required functions right under his finger tips. The 2-range Continuously Variable Transmission allows seamless speed changes from 0-28 mph in low range and 0-42 mph in high range. Multiple transmission modes allow the operator the right mode for the application. 42 mph can be achieved at just 1800 engine rpms for excellent fuel economy. Color touch screen allows the operator to quickly and easily change mode or program the transmission. Large, spacious cab has two full size seats for driver and passenger and large glass area for excellent all-round visibility. Standard Plus Pack provides the operator with a console mounted gear lever, electronic spool valves, deluxe cab interior and the option of electronic front linkage for maximum comfort and control. All controls are in close proximity to the operator for ease of use. State of the art sound insulation techniques and new cab isolation mounts keeps noise to 'class-leading' levels. JCB Electronic Monitoring System (EMS) provides an assessment of numerous functions on the dashboard to keep the operator up-to-date with productivity. It includes engine speed, PTO speed, selected powershift ratio and warning indicators. The system can be configured for either Imperial or Metric readings.
