Dr. Craig Finlayson is a member of the PRISM (Pediatric Research in Sports Medicine) society, through which he participates in two multi-center research groups involving patellofemoral instability and meniscal pathology in the pediatric population. Dr. Finlayson has been a member of the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago since 2010. In addition to completing a fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedics, He pursued additional sub-specialty training in Pediatric Sports Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital working with patients of all age groups including youth sports, collegiate athletics and professional ballet. His clinical interests include ACL and meniscal tears, osteochondritis dissecans (OCD), and arthroscopic surgical techniques.
