In this video we explore the Thonburi side of Bangkok starting near Bang Wa and walking along the canals and neighborhood streets toward Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen. Along the way we cross small bridges over the khlongs, share tight sidewalks with scooters, and keep an eye out for cats tucked into quiet corners. At Wat Paknam we spend time with the giant seated Buddha, visit the temple’s interior areas and displays, then head up to the upper floors to see the striking green glass pagoda and rooftop views across the city. This is a calm, street level look at a Bangkok temple visit combined with a local canal walk in Phasi Charoen.
