The interrogation on Zian Finnis revealed that the Confederacy have been dealing with the Hutt Cartel for their war effort, namely with Boorka the Hutt. Echuu Shen-Jon and Naat Reath learned that not all Hutts are happy with this cooperation, nonetheless. Jabba the Hutt is one of them, and is allegedly willing to deal with the Republic if that means recovering the autonomy of his "business". However, Jabba stated that he "can't be seen helping outsiders against a fellow Hutt" (most probably because he didn't want to do the dirty work anyway if someone else was going to do it for him). Since their landing force his too small to take the fight into either the Confederacy or Boorka's henchmen, Echuu and Naat will have to look for support elsewhere on Tatooine. Only upon building up their army they will accomplish their objectives, being those to bring an end to the Confederacy-Hutt alliance and learn the whereabouts of Sev'Rance Tann.
