Ingredients: Beef faux filet Tomato paste Onions Colored bell pepper Coriander Smoked paprika Cayenne pepper Cumin Salt Olive oil Lemon -Cherry tomatoes Avocado Tortilla Bread Shredded cheddar cheese Jalapeños Sour cream Black beans Tomatoes Procedure : 1- Cut the onion, bell pepper and tomatoes into slices 2- Cut the beef into slices 3- Drizzle some olive oil then add the onion wings 4- Add salt then the tricolor bell pepper 5- Add tomato paste then water 6- Mix and cover it for 5 minutes 7- Add the sliced faux filet then cover it 8- Add paprika, red cayenne pepper and cumin 9- Mix and cover it for 15 minutes 10- Add fresh coriander leaves and lemon slices then mix and cover one last time for 10 minutes 11- After 10 minutes the sauce should have diminished enough to give it a good consistency and the meat should be super soft Guacamole : -Smash the avocado then add salt, cayenne pepper, lemon squeeze and lemon zest -Add chopped cherry tomatoes and coriander leaves then mix it .
