Ingredients • 500 g chicken breast, cut into cubes • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced • 2 tablespoons fresh cream • 1 tablespoon mustard • ¼ cup soy sauce • Mozzarella cheese, grated (as needed) • 1 teaspoon dried oregano • Salt and black pepper, to taste • Butter and olive oil, for cooking • Tortillas ( easiest recipe in my channel ) Instructions Heat a large pan over high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until they change color and start to brown. Push the chicken to one side of the pan. Add a little butter and olive oil, then sauté the sliced onion for 2–3 minutes until soft and fragrant. Mix it with the chicken. On the empty side of the pan, add the sliced mushrooms. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until tender, then combine everything. Lower the heat slightly and stir in the fresh cream, mustard, and soy sauce. Let the mixture cook until the chicken is fully done and coated in the creamy sauce. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top, cover the pan, and allow the cheese to melt completely. Serve the creamy chicken filling in warm tortillas and roll into wraps.
