SpaceX Starship SN16 has been completely stacked for more than a month now. After Starship SN15 landed successfully, SpaceX has been pushing for the orbital flight test with Starship SN20 and Super Heavy BN3. In such case, SN16 is still in the high bay waiting for a chance to fly. The probability of SN16 flying is quite low but if it flies, it is possible that SpaceX will attempt a 20km suborbital flight test with SN16.
