E-learning: Developing connectedness to improve group performance

The demo will focus on the challenge that we have being a business that is rather fragmented: Novagraaf employs 350+ IP professionals, but because the employees are divided over 17 offices in 5 countries having 3 office languages, we feel there is not enough connectedness within the Novagraaf Group, which has negative implications for our business. By making personal development a key organisational focus, in which we believe GoodHabitz provides a very useful tool, we are now starting to overcome the challenge. In the demo I will show the different actions that we took and discuss the (positive) results we had so far.
