This video shows the problems that we're having with the Banggood product 2500mW A3 30x40cm Desktop Violet Laser Engraver. Read more about it below. First of all, there's no instruction manual. There's only a video and even that is poorly done, with screws appearing and disappearing throughout the entire video. As you've seen in the video we've assembled it despite the horrendous instruction video. Second of all, there's no software support whatsoever. The software that comes with the product (you have to download it from their productpage, rather than an actual dedicated site) is very limited in terms of customization and will most likely cause you a lot of headaches. I should mention that the software used is actually from another company, but they're using it on their product because it's slightly compatible with their product. We've had a lot of both hard- and software problems, such as: the laser not focusing, the laser instantly turns on at full power without any command from the software to do so, etc... The after-sale service of banggood leaves much to be desired. We have sent them many e-mails with pictures displaying the issues. This has had zero results, as our e-mails either get neglected or always answered by different people asking for pictures and a video. The review i have written on the productpage has apparently not passed their so-called "quality control", most likely due to my review having a 2 star rating. This is why you see people rating it 5 stars, while actually having written a bad review about it. Most of the videos on youtube displaying this product are sponsored by banggood to make the product more appealing, but in our situation this has clearly not been the case. We're obviously not professional video creators, but we've tried to make the problems as clear as possible. After several weeks and some adjustments to the machine, we have been able to make it work.
