Kidderminster 2007 main TamiyaClub dot com meeting . Wild Willy race 1, Saturday

Wild Willy race from the TamiyaClub.com meeting from Spring 2007 that I attended. This is one of many fun races in different categories for the various buggies, held that day (Saturday, this was a weekend event, over 2 days including the Sunday). Great fun, I had a ball. I have a WW1 SWB and I would love to get it going but the Kidderminster event is no more, and never will be again, apparently that's down to either the members / management at Kidderminster track. So be it. The Snetterton meet in August 2009 was I am sure great for those that attended, but I feel that a heck of a lot of people stayed away and were put off by the flat tarmac track (buggies mostly impractical there I feel) and that it was in the very east of the country, basically unreachable for anyone in the NW like me (no transport links, no motorways to speak of, a 9 hour round trip drive). Just IMHO LOL. Wow boy what I wouldn't give to see Kidderminster TC meet 2010...
