Police Officers make contact with a woman who is passed out at the wheel of her car at a local gas station. Officer tap on the window to wake the woman up and ask her to step out of the vehicle. The woman tells officers that she was traveling around and has no idea how she got there. Officers ask if she has taken any drugs or alcohol in which she admits to using narcotics. Officers ask the woman if she would be wiling to take a field sobriety test to prove her ability to operate a motor vehicle. The woman agrees and performs multiple series of tests. Officers then place the woman under arrest for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs. she is arrested and taken to jail.
