After the tragic death of her aunt, down-on-her-luck couch-surfer Ronnie inherits a house with a native plant meadow. Desperate to rebuild her life and embrace her new stability, she enters a gardening competition, hoping to finally live like a normal person. But when the award committee sends a ragtag film crew to document her meadow, Ronnie quickly bonds with them, and her carefully constructed life begins to crack.
