This breathtaking viewpoint is located in Aranyaka - Ambalakanda - Dolosbage road. After a tremendous effort of riding the bicycle for a total distance of 25 km we managed to reach our destination about 1 hour, 20 minutes. One can also reach this place via public transport, or any other vehicle. But if you are brave enough for the challenge of riding a continuous ascend of 7 km by bicycle, to reach a final elevation of 650 m from sea level, it would be a good physical exercise and the view with the cool breeze would wash away your exhaustion. "Asupini Ella" waterfall, Ambuluwawa tower, "Kodigala" can be seen from this viewpoint, along with the greenery around. If one can watch the glowing sun rise from here, it will illuminate the whole day ahead. Before your way down, make sure to check the brakes of your vehicle because there's a sharp descend of 4 km until passing Ambalakanda area. Enjoy the video.
