Hi Love, Let’s start new today on this new journey of love. For ourself and towards others. Give that in which you seek. I wanted to jump in and talk to you and recap last week’s circle discussion centered around self-growth, listening, and taking care of our body. By nourishing our body, listening to our feelings, and coming back to how is this making me feel, and the speak whats real. Say it out loud and proud. As we navigate this week let’s start today rooted in our own truth, by saying what we mean and meaning what we say, and by our actions. How are we showing up? Who is it that you’re showing up as? A person in love, giving love to any and all, and most importantly yourself.
