A Message to the Future | One Horton Heath Time Capsule
A community time capsule has been created at One Horton Heath, capturing a snapshot of life today for future generations. Pupils from Fair Oak Infant School helped choose meaningful items to be placed inside, reflecting what matters most to them in 2026. The capsule has now been buried on site and will be reopened in around 20 years’ time as the new neighbourhood continues to grow. The event brought together representatives from One Horton Heath, Wates Residential Group, Kieron Beattie Landscaping Ltd, Deputy Mayor Cllr Richard Gomer and members of Fair Oak and Horton Heath Parish Council.
