Hazrat Isa (A.S), known as Jesus (peace be upon him), is one of the greatest Prophets of Allah and among the *Ulul Azm* (the mighty messengers). He was born miraculously to Bibi Maryam (A.S) without a father, by the command of Allah, which itself was a powerful sign for humanity. From an early age, Hazrat Isa (A.S) spoke with wisdom and truth, defending the honor of his mother and declaring his Prophethood. Allah granted Hazrat Isa (A.S) many miracles, including curing the blind and the lepers, giving life to the dead by Allah’s permission, and creating a bird from clay that would come to life. He was sent to guide *Bani Israel* back to the straight path and was given the holy book **Injeel**. His message was based on **Tawheed (Oneness of Allah)**, compassion, humility, and obedience to Allah. Despite his clear signs and noble character, many people rejected his message and plotted against him. However, Allah protected Hazrat Isa (A.S) and raised him alive to the heavens. According to Islamic belief, he will return near the end of times, defeat falsehood, and restore justice before the Day of Judgment.
