The motorcycle is a replacement to the now-discontinued Xtreme Sports which failed to tug at the heartstrings of many buyers in the country during its existence. The motorcycle sports a sharp styling that incorporates a radical-looking headlamp, beefy fuel tank and an upswept and sporty-looking tail section. On the design front, it is based on the Xtreme 1.R concept which Hero had showcased at the EICMA 2019 in Milan. The feature list of the Xtreme 160R comprises of full-LED lighting for the headlamp, turn signals and tail lamp. It also gets hazard switch along with a side-stand engine cut-off switch. Additionally, it comes equipped with a fully-digital display and is available in two variants that differ in terms of braking hardware.
