Rygelon Normal and Rygelon Heroic guide! Rygelon is a raid boss in the Sepulcher of the First Ones raid of Shadowlands. This fight is all about timing! Dropping the Quasar adds at the right time, clearing debuffs before they explode and downing the unstable matter before Massive Bang are all key. This Rygelon boss guide will show you the Rygelon abilities that you'll see in the Normal, Heroic and LFR versions of the Rygelon fight. Mythic Rygelon has additional mechanics not shown in this Normal and Heroic Rygelon guide. Footage of Rygelon for this boss guide is from live servers and is up to date as of the video's release! The key to Rygelon in Phase One is downing the Quasar adds at the right time. The pools left over are needed to clear the Dark Eclipse bombs, but they last only ten seconds so timing is needed to ensure there are pools available for players to remove those Dark Eclipse debuffs. To survive Massive Bang, your raid needs to kill the Unstable Matter within 10 seconds of the beginning of the cast, and then each raid member needs to get into their own safety circle to survive Massive Bang. On Heroic, you need players to stand near and soak damage from Cosmic Cores in the up phase. In the down phase, those burned out cores need to be stacked on in order to remove them, then one tank soaks the explosion with a big cooldown.
