These include connecting with your 5 senses, 4-count breaths, box breathing, remembering past successes, and visualizing success. These exercises can each be performed in less than one minute. KC is a graduate of the University of Washington genetic counseling program (class of 2024) and passed her ABGC board exam in August 2024. KC has practiced yoga and meditation for over 20 years. She is trained in traditional Hatha, Yin, and restorative yoga, Reiki-based intuitive healing, and guided meditation. She is also certified in mindfulness-based stress reduction.
