In this video I demonstrate how to place a metatarsal pad on an orthotic to help treat metatarsalgia (ball of the foot pain). When I am not using a custom orthotic, I use the Tread Labs (https://alnk.to/gVLoPTc) and purchase the additional metatarsal pads. Here are some important pointers... ✅ First, find the 2nd, 3rd and 4th distal metatarsal joints. ✅ Choose an appropriately sized metatarsal pad for your foot. ✅ Place the metatarsal pad just behind the metatarsal head where the pain is.
