In this video, we’ll guide you through how to add users and units to your Fluss Intercom — perfect for homes, offices, or multi-unit properties where multiple users need access. ⚙️ Here’s what you’ll learn: 1️⃣ Accessing Your Intercom Device Go to Devices, select Intercom, and then choose your specific Intercom device. Tap Users to begin managing your intercom access list. 2️⃣ Batch Inviting Users and Units You can perform a batch invite to add multiple users or units at once: Select a contact from your phone, or Upload contacts for faster bulk setup. 3️⃣ Adding Units Select Add Unit, then enter your unit name — for example: 🏠 Fluss Support 🏡 Unit 1 or Granny Flat 4️⃣ Assigning Users to Units Once your unit is created, add the user or users who should receive the video calls from that specific unit. For example, you can name your second unit “Unit 2 – Dashw Plus Entrance”, then assign one or more users to it. 5️⃣ Confirmation When a user is successfully added, you’ll see a confirmation message — and you can continue adding more units or users as needed. 6️⃣ Continue to assign Users to Units Follow the same instructions as for Steps 3, 4 and 5 to assign more users to units.
