Aerial Hoop/ Lyra Drops & Rolls: Entry into Figurehead, followed by the 'nappy drop' out of it

A rough and ready demonstration of how to get into Figurehead on the aerial hoop - which sometimes takes a bit of jiggery-pokery to stop the hoop turning to the side while you get into position! This is followed by the 'nappy drop' out of it (which is actually a roll rather than a drop, but it FEELS like a very scary drop :) **PLEASE NOTE**: the safest grip to use for this drop is actually with the wrists facing FORWARDS (not how I am in the video), as this way you are rolling into your grip rather than out of it. I learnt the incorrect grip first and so now need to unlearn it - avoid making the same mistake as I did and start safe from the beginning!!
