Was it a video or post? I can't quite remember where I was first introduced to Godwin Gaza Josiah (Godw3in), not in person though. I am pretty sure ‪@kortyeo‬ was in the picture and it must have been music related. Turns out I had probably seen him earlier when he and his cousins from the "Critics Company" @thecritics001 recieved international and local accolades for creating sci-fi films with their phones at the time. 2020 was it or might have been earlier🤔? ‪@godw3in‬ is a film maker, director, scriptwriter, singer and songwriter from Kaduna, Nigeria. He released an EP last year titled "Road to Nirvana" which one might deduce to be an essay on life's journey through his pen and lens (ou🙊). He makes films and music and he's good at what he does, obviously. I mean with nods from Morgan Freeman and Kemi Adetiba ‪@adventuresofkemiadetiba3478‬ ... His team literally worked on "King of Boys" ‪@kemiadetibavisuals‬ ... The "King of Boys"... This person knows what he's doing, abeg. In an interview with RADRAfrica ‪@RADRAfrica‬ , he mentioned that although he has a healthy amount of experience in the film industry, music has always been the end goal for him. He has built a community around his music by creating song covers over the years. He mentioned that he had turned down offers to perform in the past because he wanted to do more original music. Thankfully, he debuted last year, so we can expect to see more of him in his element. "Now" has been described as a fan favoruite from the EP and I agree... Cos it's mine. Godw3in calls it "a case of everyone being a victim and guilty". It explores how we fail to give people their flowers and appreciate/love them while we can. Wait, am I looking straight ahead at someone who is guilty of this?👀👀 Maybe that someone needs to do better😌. So... I made a cover of "Now". Enjoy❤️.
