I BUILT A CUSTOM EXHAUST FOR THE NEW FORD BRONCO! - FULL RIPS! - FABRICATING A 304 STAINLESS EXHAUST

Well, it was time, the new ford bronco had over 2000 boring kilometers on it. Its time to change things up! I've already added a 1" leveling kit, and the OEM 35s/beadlock wheels. Basically making this 2021 Bronco a manual sasquatch. But its time to build a new ford bronco exhaust! I have a bit of an automotive/fabrication background, and figured its time to start bringing that into the channel. I ordered up a muffler from my good friend Herb at A&A Performance in Hamilton ON, rounded up some materials, and got to work. Here is my wifes 2.3l, 7 speed manual, 2 door bronco badlands. This episode you will see some of the steps I take, when fabricating a custom exhaust for a vehicle. This bronco axle back/muffler section is all TIG welded 304L (low carbon) stainless steel, the same quality material you would find in a commercial building such as a brewery, or food plant. This video should display some common practices I use, and hopefully some tips, and some insight to those who may also enjoy tackling these types of projects. Overall I'm really happy with how this bronco exhaust came out. It has zero cabin drone, and honestly barely any more noise than stock under normal driving conditions. Wide open throttle has quite a bit extra "umph" in the sound department compared to the original bronco exhaust, all while keeping volume to an acceptable level. I feel most peoples biggest worry with a custom exhaust for the new ford bronco, will be that it will end up on the obnoxious side of things, and lets face it... these little big chunky trucks should not sound like your neighborhoods most hated Honda. (Everyone has one of those) I've also added a clip to simulate a "muffler delete" in here for the people wondering if this would be a good option... you'll know the answer when you hear it. Using your bronco off road, or just a driver, either way, this is definitely a nice little touch to add to any ride. Hope you all enjoy the video, this one was a real treat to put together.
