Today we cooked a special recipe named "Pocherong Tambakol". Tambakol is a fish which is also known as yellow fin tuna. This recipe is a healthy dish since the primary ingredients are mostly vegetables and fish. HOW TO MAKE POCHERONG TAMBAKOL INGREDIENTS Tambakol (Yellow Fin Tuna) 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste 3 Tbsp Tomato Sauce 1 Cup Banana Ketchup 1/2 Cup Liver Spread 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce 1 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Pc. Carrot 1 Pc. Potato 3 Pcs. Banana (Saba) 1/2 Cabbage 1 Small pack Garbanzos Salt and Pepper 8 Cloves Garlic 1 Whole Onion 2 Tbsp Butter Cooking Oil 3 Cups Water Instructions: 1. First, fry the vegetables (carrots, potatoes and banana) 2. Fry the fish (Tambakol) 3.Put butter in the pan and saute onion and garlic 4. Then add the tomato sauce, tomato paste and banana ketchup 5. Let it boil 6. Add salt and pepper to taste 7. Then add soy sauce, brown sugar and liver spread 8. Add water as needed 9. Let it simmer for at least 3 minutes until becomes thicker 10. Then add all the fried vegetable including the garbanzos and cabbage 11. When the cabbage is already cooked, add the fried tambakol 12. Mix Well 13.
