You've spent all that time and effort germinating your little seeds and taking care of your baby plants but now is the most important time in your garden because it is so easy to kill your seedlings. Germinating the seeds is the easy part keeping those seedlings alive is the harder part. So today - potting on for beginners. So now that we have little seedlings that are healthy, strong and growing, we need to move them on to larger modules or pots to ensure they have room, enough nutrition and enough water to help them grow into strong plants. This is relevant to vegetables and flowers alike. We call this process pricking out and potting on and I'm going to take you through it to take the fear out of gardening. I'll also let you see how I deal with leggy seedlings, cause they happen and it's not the end of the world.
