Greentown, IN F3 Tornado (Only Footage) 6/11/98

Last year, I found a large interest in historical tornado media, especially from the 1980s to the 2000s.. I was able to develop a solid archive of unseen, lost, rare, and pieced-together tornado films from across the country. But, instead of sharing raw footage, I did something a little different. What I chose to do was when i’d receive, uncover or discover a new video, I would enhance it using AI. But before I ever started to share these finds on Youtube, I would splice them up and share them on my twitter. One of the first times I did this with AI-enhanced videos was with 2 Youtube videos I found from a channel that had many rare videos. The two I saved were a 1998 Indiana tornado video, and a 1985 Kansas tornado video, all raw and mostly unseen media. But, since these were already on youtube, I only shared them on my twitter (cut up). Soon, I mostly stopped doing twitter content, and switched over to youtube mostly. But, recently, while looking through my old tweets, I can across the few from youtube. I suddenly realized I hadn’t seen them in a while, so I searched up to try and find them again. Surprisingly, they seemed to be deleted. This sucked, as I loved the videos and was confident I didn’t have the OG file on my phone anymore. But to my shock, while searching for an unrelated file, I came across those 2 videos in OG again! So i’ll be sharing them here. The first is the Greentown, Indiana F3 tornado of June 11, 1998. It’s an incredible video recorded by a police sheriff at the time. It seems a cut down version of this footage has been uploaded on here before, but as far as i’m aware this is the longest and highest quality version. So, do enjoy and don’t forget to subscribe!!
