Omni-Man VS Conquest IS Close

Omni-Man VS Conquest IS Close ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ My Twitter~   / tylearn_   ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Omni Man vs Conquest, this battle is a lot closer than some of you may think and today I will be breaking down exactly how this fight goes in every point in the series. I think the first thing we can break down is Omni Man’s power going from Seasons 1-3 then talk about how he compares to Conquest in his fight with Mark. After this we’ll go over the fight in the comics because unfortunately the show is not caught up with the comic events. Nolan Grayson is the first real strong viltrumite introduced to us in the series. We see him effortlessly beating down Invincible who by this point is the strongest superhero we’ve seen, and we see him before this taking down everything Cecil threw at him. Nolan as well was capable of destroying a planet with ease, with him rapidly aging during the feat, meaning he was more than likely weakened as Viltrumites by a certain do lose their strength. Nolan was easily the most powerful being on the planet, and after his fight with Mark he would fly to another galaxy and quite literally fuck a bug and have a purple son. Nolan of course is eventually found, leading into him bullying 2 viltrumites at once, and honestly carrying in his fight with Mark. Nolan only lost due to an off guard. After this he’d be taken for execution but of course Allen and Battle Beast come in and save the day. After Allen intentionally holds back so Omni Man could save him, we see Nolan proceeding to combat one of the strongest viltrumites, and we see him and Allen punch his head in. After this point we don’t really get to see Nolan for the rest of the season, as he’s currently preparing for the upcoming war with Allen. Now let’s see how he compares to Conquest. Conquest is the oldest living viltrumite and arrives to conquer earth after the Invincible War. By this point Mark is several times more powerful than his Season 1 & 2 self, and even with this factored in Conquest trolls Mark the entire fight. He’s holding back intentionally to bring out the best in Mark, and gives him every chance to go all out. And when Mark finally does so Conquest still is breaking his limbs and is still clearly stronger. Eve then burns the skin off of Conquest, and even despite this Conquest breaks Mark's other hand. Invincible is a lot stronger than when he fought the Viltrumites with Nolan, and yet Conquest while dying is still breaking his limbs. We also get a statement in the show as well that Conquest is pretty much the strongest enemy that’s been on earth, surpassing even the likes of Nolan. Now I think Omni Man is still stronger than this Mark, so he’d still be able to damage Conquest and give him a decent fight, but Conquest wouldn’t toy around like he did with Mark because Omni Man wouldn’t have anything to hold back. He’s a warrior that Conquest acknowledges so he has no reason to hold back and he’d be able to beat him probably 7 out of 10 times. Mark should be closer to Nolan than Conquest if anything by this point in the series. Now this is where I’m going to be entering comic territory so spoilers in 321 MAKE SOME NOISE. As far as Season 4 and onward of Invincible it's pretty clear that the interpretation I had for the show section seems consistent. Conquest says how Omni Man is still not only slightly stronger than Mark, but he proceeds to bash Nolans face in. Based on this interaction and even what Nolan says to Mark about Conquest, Nolan clearly is still below Conquest at the moment. He believed him to be the greatest of the viltrumite warriors, meaning should be greater than Nolan along with any other viltrumite that isn't Thragg. Now this scaling honestly sticks pretty firmly for the rest of the arc, as Nolan doesn't really scale to Thragg in their interactions, and at best could survive lethal blows from Thragg and give him some nose bleeds. Now although Conquest is stronger than Omni Man by a good bit for the majority of the series, there is the argument of Nolan becoming stronger by the end of the series. Along with of course him fighting Thragg in a one on one in the final volumes of the comic. We know the Thragg he can kinda hurt fights a stronger Battle Beast, which could be used to say at least Nolan got a little bit stronger. But again, I don't think Nolan gets as strong as Mark or Battle Beast do throughout the series. Omni Mans' feats on Thragg as well in the final fight are questionable because he breaks his hands while trying to hurt bro. Omni Man didn't do much better against Thragg the 2nd time but he still clearly is better than when he was shown to be in the first half of the series. With all of this in mind? Does the end of series Nolan beat Conquest? ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ #invincible #amazon #comics
