After discovering the identity of the head demon in P.T.S.D., Irene isolates herself in the forest, succumbing to daily rituals of self-hatred. It is made apparent that she's been in this cycle for quite some time, finding other Doors that keep leading her back to this realm. After a visit from the mysterious figure who helped her find the Red Door in Identity, Irene is given a special compass to help her on her journey. Irene ignores the gift and continues participating in a self torture ceremony with her demons. In her greatest moment of need, a new mysterious figure with purple hair rescues her and places the compass in her hand. Irene follows a new direction until at last she finds the Red Door with 412. She steps through, but it leads nowhere because she chose to carry a part of her self-hatred with her into the new realm.
