About Mike Mike Conover is the CEO and co-founder of Brightwave, the AI research and diligence platform purpose-build for investment professionals. A pioneer in the field of artificial intelligence, prior to Brightwave Mike led LLM engineering efforts at Databricks where he created Dolly, one of the first open-source models to exhibit instruction following behavior. Mike has built AI systems & products for more than fifteen years, including tours of duty at Workday as Director of Financials Machine Learning, SkipFlag (acquired by Workday), and LinkedIn.
