The Rise & Rise of Bikepacking

The basis of this video started when I spotted a photo on the wall of the Otira Hotel on New Zealand's South Island. The photo depicted three cyclists with their Penny Farthings in the late 1800's and a brief line about how they had travelled from the East to the West Coast. I was fascinated by their endeavour which in turn led me down a path of discovery. The fact that one of these cyclists was also a photographer piqued my curiosity even more.
